Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-29
This policy explains how Cruxible subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It works alongside our Terms of Service. Cruxible is operated by an independent sole proprietor; billing and payment are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh.
1. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly) at the price shown when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We show the price and billing period clearly before you pay.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account, which is provided by Polar.sh. Cancellation stops the next renewal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Cancelling is done the same way you subscribed, with no need to contact support.
3. Billing cut-off
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been taken, the cancellation applies to the following period.
4. Refunds
Payments, and any refunds, are processed by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record. We do not operate a separate refund mechanism outside Polar's flow.
Your statutory rights always apply and are not removed by this policy:
- EU and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the Service is fully performed, that right may end once you have used it; we make this clear at checkout.
- Other jurisdictions: any mandatory consumer refund or cancellation right in your country continues to apply.
Outside any mandatory right, if you believe you were charged in error or have a problem with your subscription, contact admin@trycruxible.com and we will review it in good faith.
5. Run quotas
Scout runs consume quota under your plan as described at the point of purchase. A run that has already been performed reflects work and computing cost already spent. Statutory rights above still apply.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
